St. Anthony Library serves St. Anthony and northeast Minneapolis residents. In 1963, the library opened in a storefront in St. Anthony Shopping Center’s east end and moved to its present location, still within the shopping center, in 2002.

Friends of St. Anthony Library

Friends of St. Anthony Library is a volunteer-run organization whose mission is to support the St. Anthony Library and uplift the spirit of the surrounding community. As ambassadors for the library, Friends of St. Anthony Library members advocate for community needs and help promote library programs and services.
